The kids at Northeast Youth Center work hard to earn a trip to Triple Play Family Fun Park for a full day of fun. The annual lemonade stands started years ago, and the teachers and kids come together to help them earn a trip.
The Northeast Youth Center is committed to providing low-cost recreational and educational opportunities. The Center serves a diverse Spokane youth through various low-cost activities, before and after school daycare, sports programs, and special events. Overall, the youth center promotes a culturally enriching environment to support responsible ways of learning social interactions and a place to feel respected and accepted. A home away from home!
“We are so excited about this,” kids! This is a win for everyone involved,” says Executive Director S”eila Geraghty. “Our daily goal is to put smiles on these kids’ faces, and this will kids’!”
